Facebook Support Group

A way to connect with others

Facebook Group

A space for members to share and respond via posts. They have limited moderator oversight and are not HIPPA compliant because of the nature of Facebook. They are designed to offer peer support and are not a substitute for professional or medical advice.

These groups make it possible to give and receive support when you need it with others who are in similar situations. Members can post or respond at anytime.

Search for the Facebook group names below to join. If you decide to join, please answer all membership questions so your request can be approved. Only approved members can post and view content within the group.

About Mt. Hood Hospice

Mt. Hood Hospice has been providing care and bereavement support to families in Multnomah and Clackamas Counties for over 40 years. We are a not-for-profit, free standing, independent, community-based hospice.

Mt. Hood Hospice was the first free-standing hospice in Oregon to be granted Medicare certification in 1987. Since that time we have stayed current in compliance with changing CMS regulations while remaining true to our original ideal: to provide the highest quality care to families coping with life-limiting illness, emphasizing comfort, dignity and choice.
